Welcome to the site and addiction, you can find alot of help on here.
1) Let your car warm up before shutting down and reving above 5000 RPM's
2) Check oil from every fill up to every other fill up
3) Redline every 1 to 2 days to keep carbons from building up
4) Mod whenever possible

im actually from West Chester too but i live in oregon now. lots of great 8 people between chester county and philly.
