Yea, u are right, actually almost all the carbon fiber hood is a bit smaller than the stock hood, coz they copy it from the stock...0.0

every VIS or Seibon hood I've ever seen is always slightly smaller then the OEM which results in the gaps you're seeing in that picture.
Seibon now has a 'fitment guarantee' on their hood which states that the gap will never be greater then 1/4 of an inch in any place. If it is, they'll replace it.
