OFF Roading with the FJ Bruisers

Hey All....just an FYI, i bought myself a Trail Team Edition FJ Cruiser about 2 months ago and went on my first official trail run last weekend with Liz (Darkrose) to the George Washington National Forest outside of Harrisonburg VA....

it was a blast....i learned alot about my vehicle, met some awesome peeps and got a new found respect for our natural resources...
here are some pics..

my FJ Trail Team Edition

our camping area (at the KOA)

lined up at the KOA to start the sat am caravan to GWNF...

regrouping during the caravan... btw...cb's are a must!!

the Toyota Trail Team (from left to right: Ahmed, Dennis, Will and Matt)these guys were awesome....lots of instruction, support, spotting and overall fun..
its nice to see Toyota corporate involved like this..

caravaning down rt 31 towards Harrisonburg VA

my TT at the park

from the top of FlagPole ****!!

more pics from top of the mountain (my TT is first from the left)

me and my TT making a 90deg left over 3 8in rock steps....

Liz too lots of vids...i just have to figure out how to rip them then put them up on you tube!!

we had 75 registered...that was our limit....according to the rangers at the park...of course, that includes family members...others stayed in hotels and some commuted...
i think we probably had around 50 FJs in total....
very well run and organized by the FJ Bruisers...

btw..thx

I too plan to get an FJ for my wife when I graduate at the end of this year. She likes it alot as she had a first hand experience at one of the local toyota dealer we visited to inquire and they gave her one to test drive.
