There are a few RX8's in the local Ottawa Mazda Club (ottawamazda.ca) who meet up on Wednesday and Friday nights usually... We've got about 17 RX8's or so in the club, but we're hard pressed to get any more than 4-5 out at any certain time.

There were a few out last night so we grabbed some pics (These are just from my little digital camera... There are more to come from a photographer in the club after he posts them up for us, the last two pics are a sneak peak from his collection) (Missing are a Ti Gray, BB, WWP and WB w/ Veilside kit who were out at times when pics weren't being taken)

I'll post up whatever I like that he gives us from his whole shoot (Lots of nice Mazda 3's and Speed3's etc in the group.

The White RX8 belongs to turborx8 on here (Dan), the Red one is mine, and the Stormy Blue is JurassicIce (Faisal)










We'd be ecstatic to get more RX8's in the club, so if you're from the Ottawa/Gatineau area or anywhere close enough to come out for a meet once-in-a-while, you should join up, its a great bunch of guys/girls.

Neighbour backed into my car in the street one day last fall... Only caused minor damage to the front bumper cover, but it did manage to crack one of the head-light washer covers aswell. I didn't want bondo and all that **** on my car and Mazmart had two VR bumpers in stock, so I picked one up off of them for cheaper than it would have cost me to have the other one repaired. (Aswell as continuing to have factory paint lol)

Did you hear about the hit and run that involved a red RX8 in Ottawa the other day that claimed the life of a 38year old man?

 

Also, it seems to be a meet for mazda owner. I'm more looking into something like Rx8 Owners only.

Well, there are a number of RX8 owners on the Ottawa forum, sign up and introduce yourself in the rotary section, normally members meet up Friday nights when the weather is nice.
