Well, Mikeb's definition, IMO, is wrong. If you want to add pink stripes to your car, chrome wheels, and trim, fuzzydice etc etc etc, fine, they don't add function, but they add personality. That's how you are making your car unique. Unique is good. But, when people buy wings that create no downforce, when, they could buy a wing that does, when they buy 5" exhausts that actually causes a loss in power, when they buy mechanizms to make a blow off valve sound, etc., that is rice. And that is wrong. It's stupid, and if you like it you like stupid ****.

Yeah, I listened to all of it. It doesn't make any sense. You're just claiming all japanese cars to be rice, or all japanese modified cars.

Good, I'm glad you see it my way. The term has evolved from the meaning back when japanese cars were starting to pour into this country.

Im not so sure

if you add pink stripes, trim, fuzzy dice that **** is rice

Now 5'' exhaust, wings that create no downforce, mechanizms to make a blow off valve sound those all have no function like my definition states and its still rice

Those are more of a rice cooker. Remove the chrome fuel doors, place over grill, add rice and water... wonderful and very functional.

Wow, now i want one.

some people have no idea when and how to use the term "rice"

a "riced up" car has no improvement mods over factory items... such as neon lights, big **** GT wings, pin strip stickers over stock standard engine/suspension setup.

i wouldnt call this pepsi rx8 a "riced up" car, simple because it has improved the engine output, upgraded the suspsnsion/handling, safety etc as well as the normal cosmetics on the exterior. not my cup of tea, but then again, it did get you attention right? there are already over 5 pages of crap done so far, so thats not too bad.

thats what a promo car needed

Actually ours are from IForge. Not sure if SPP has copies or what. But our wheels are IForge Daytona 3 piece 19inch wheels in custom red with a polished lip. The rears are 19x10 and the fronts are 19x8.5.

We are a distributor. We mostly do these wheels for Euro cars but check them out here -
