The Mit's and I played tag all day. He has some upgrades, and water injection..and about 325 HP,AWD.......and about 800lbs more weight.
We were about even....... I lost out a bit in the out of corner torque department...and I out braked and out cornered him a bit

We actually weren't on the track at the Same time....so we were safe
It was a good day...but unless I go to California or someplace warm....the track season is over for me locally
March seems like a long way off........

Another side benefit is that the wife doesn't like to drive it...cause it tramlines like crazy..and it is too rough for her

My car is my daily-driver...and as you can see, I don't have any suspension mods (yet!)

Thanks La8 - I'll pass along this thread so he see's your comments.
Attached are pics from my OTHER friend (rx8club member dv/dt) who was taking pics during the event. You'll see he's got a few GREAT shots of rx8club member dannobre.
I'll have a lot more as the guys get to sorting out their literally HUNDREDS of pics.

is there any post processing, such as photoshop on these, other than adding the border. the first two in the above post, almost have an antiqued finsih to them, almost as if they had been glazed, and then cleaned. very cool stuff.

Me vs. Escort Cosworth and P-Car -
I could brake much later, generally, than the escort, which kept me ahead of him. He said he was bumped to about 300hp. Terrific car, btw, that 'Coz.
