Nice pics. Saw the vintage Mitsu 3000GT you were following in one of the shots.

The Mit's and I played tag all day. He has some upgrades, and water injection..and about 325 HP,AWD.......and about 800lbs more weight.

We were about even....... I lost out a bit in the out of corner torque department...and I out braked and out cornered him a bit

Not one, but two silvers were on the track at the same time without any incidents. That's one for the record books.

We actually weren't on the track at the Same time....so we were safe

It was a good day...but unless I go to California or someplace warm....the track season is over for me locally

March seems like a long way off........

Mine's my daily driver........but it's getting kinda bumpy on some of the streets on the way to work. The track time more than makes up for the travel "problems" on the way to work.

Another side benefit is that the wife doesn't like to drive it...cause it tramlines like crazy..and it is too rough for her

My car is my daily-driver...and as you can see, I don't have any suspension mods (yet!)

Thanks La8 - I'll pass along this thread so he see's your comments.

Attached are pics from my OTHER friend (rx8club member dv/dt) who was taking pics during the event. You'll see he's got a few GREAT shots of rx8club member dannobre.

I'll have a lot more as the guys get to sorting out their literally HUNDREDS of pics.

that first picture is really a good shot, I really like that vantage point, not many places you can get that kind of view of the car.

is there any post processing, such as photoshop on these, other than adding the border. the first two in the above post, almost have an antiqued finsih to them, almost as if they had been glazed, and then cleaned. very cool stuff.

More from dv/dt - visit his Flickr site for more pics of the event - he's got a TON of good pics (not just of this event, but of other junk)

Me vs. Escort Cosworth and P-Car -
I could brake much later, generally, than the escort, which kept me ahead of him. He said he was bumped to about 300hp. Terrific car, btw, that 'Coz.
