Pics of Gold or Bronze Rims on S. Silver???
Hey. Does anyone have any pics of a Sunlight Silver 8 with gold or bronze rims? I'm really curious as to whether or not it looks like ***. I'm seriously thinking of 5Zigen Heidfelds, or Axis Reverbs, but any pics will do as I just want to see if the colors mesh or clash.

Thanks for the chop. I doubt they'd be that "loud" in real life, and there's no way I'm painting my calipers red, but that gives me a clue. Gunmetal is the other color I'm thinking about, or maybe opal. I agree that gold or bronze would look good on a blue one...and green. I've seen a silver Z with gold rims and I thought it looked really sharp. That's what got me thinking about gold for mine (not a combo you see very often). I guess I'm looking for something that isn't "me too", without sacrificing performance.

I wouldn't wear a necklace. That's a little early 90's isn't it? Vanilla Ice comes to mind.
Sunlight Silver is a very light silver. I've seen plenty of white cars with gold/bronze rims, and it looks really classy. Silver and ....let's go with bronze isn't a combo you see very often. I'm thinking it could work, but I don't want to invest $2000 in something and be shocked and horrified, hence the reason I've requested pics from anyone who's been bold enough to try it.

I think I might be sold on bronze, or at least dark gold. AlexCisneros' car is nice, even though those are 17's on there (a good idea for racing). I don't think I would want the rims quite that dark though. That is a pretty sweet MR2. I've always loved them.

Here are 2 pics from Evolution Autosports' page. I love the elegance of the G35c. The rims are Volks but Axis Reverbs are similar. Sunlight Silver isn't too far from white IMO. I think it'd work. Now how the Hell do I get someone to sponsor my car like this one? I'll slap a few static stickers on my car and go to a few meets if it means I get a huge discount on products.

i can openly admit i thought about the bronze wheel look on my silver using the 19" mazdaspeed wheel. I think it would look nice, different from the usual gunmetal look everyone is doing including myself.

And the only reason why the gold on that G35c match so well is the gold lettering from sponsors. Put it on a clean car and it would look awkward.

I love the g35
I am just surprised that when I see them fixed up they don't look that great IMO
I normally would say any car looks better fixed up with aftermarket stuff.

The problem that I'm seeing in the pictures is that it's hard to get an accurate portrayal of the silver. It always appears darker than it really is in photos, and ironically enough, the gold rims appear brighter in pics than they do in real life.

I know you said the rims were volks, but do you know what kind of volks those are? I think they would look great in black or gunmetal!
