Pics of my Titanium with mods

Well I purchased my RX-8 this March and with the help/influence :D of this forum I have added several things to it including an authentic Mazdaspeed body kit, MS lightweight flywheel, MS springs + shocks, Racing Beat catback exhaust, RB sway bars, RB Revi Intake, RB spark plug wires, lineage ground kit, painted calipers, and a custom audio system with a 4080 sub box. I had never really modded any of my cars before this, but somehow I was compelled to mod the 8.

Here are some pics.

Those are just some rims I got at a very good price. I am eventually going to get some Volks or other lighter weight wheels.

How heavy is the 4080? And did you get it from 4080 as well? I might be getting this in a few weeks cuz the box I have now sits in the middle and I hardly have any trunk space.

I love the RB intake/exhaust combo.

I have a 10" Alpine R Type sub in the 4080 box. Not sure on the weight of the box alone... maybe 15lbs?

Next mods:
Canzoomer plus high flow cat
Volk Wheels

But these are going to be down the line.

Well personally I've went back and forth about the rims. When originally looking for a car we were looking at a G35 with very nice chrome rims... it looked very good and my wife really wanted rims like that. But we ended up buying an RX-8 because of price and we actually liked the way it drove better, but still the wife really wanted chrome rims and I found these at a really good price so what the heck I got them - besides I wanted at least something to set them apart from "stock". BUT.. some people just do not like chrome rims on a sports car and I guess that's a matter of personal preference. I like them enough and they look really great when clean but really I like 19" Volk GTC's or GT7's in gunmetal even better or even some lightweight 18" SSR's but at this time I am not prepared to pay another $3K for wheels and tires.

I don't think they are overly "bling." I actually think they are very tasteful. They aren't my favorite, but I definitely think his ride looks great!

I'm reminded again how much I like the 2 tone that the MS kit gives on the Ti...looks so nice.

Gotta love the volks! Waiting to go back to the states, then the INGS +1 will be my choice for body kit.

Both - new ground wires and new Racing Beat spark plugs. I also forgot to mention earlier that I have the RP shortshifter installed. My friend "modena" from these forums already has those wheels on his car so I doubt I will get those exact ones, but yes Volks is the top brand I am looking at right now.
