Wayyyy too many to post, so I'll just post my last two.
2004 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V. Name a Nismo part and the damn car had it on there. I think it had the entire catalogue installed on it. The car was really fun when it ran, but at least once a week it would have some various issue and it drove me insane. Nissan never fixed anything on it (by far the shittiest company out there IMO) so I got rid of it. I don't miss it, I'll never miss it, and I hated it.
2006 Honda Civic Si. Ordered it brand new, waited 2 months, and picked it up off the showroom floor while 10 people were staring at it (it was right when they came out). It had parts from Buddy Club, Tein, Progress, and Comptech on it right before I got rid of it. God I loved that car and I really, really miss it.
2004 Mazda RX-8 GT. The Mazda dealership paid my Si off so I picked this up as I had wanted one for quite some time and this one was the best one by far out of the 10-15 or so I had taken for test drives. Only things I've done are some clear corners and window tint. I don't really have any plans for it modification-wise since it's so good in stock form and for the money it's pointless to do anything to these cars IMO, so I'm just making payments until something else comes along that catches my eye.
