Yeah, I actually ended up going to the hospital last night and it turns out I have a pretty bad cervical sprain. My friend is calling his lawyer for me tomorrow.

Poor Kimmi.

Glad you're ok. Looks like the car held up pretty damn well actually. While there is a lot of physical damage to the front...the passenger compartment held up wonderfully. If you do go ahead and decide to take things to court make sure you document everything from lost wages to missed pre-paid events. Also have all those wonderful receipts from the body work handy for your lawyer. You should get fully reimbursed for all that wonderful work.
