My buddy fixed that stripe for me today. Much better. I also changed the oil in her before the dyno on Saturday.

I love the Silver on the blue. I did silver and black graphics on my 8. I was going to do silver stripes but everyone puts on stripes. The stripes are nice but in my opinion the spacing is too close.

Striping a car is a really *yawn* paint job, if you're looking for originality and creativity - you definitely don't find it with 2 lines running down the middle of your car. They're almost as numerous as neons, stock and modified.

I've seen too many cars with strips, they're almost as popular as neons.

Some cars can pull it off, others I can't help but giggle and laugh briefly.

 

I'm glad you went with silver. I'm usually an anti-stripe guy but that color, size, and spacing looks very appropriate and suits the car nicely. The only thing I'd like to see are stripes incorporating the rotary indentation on the hood. Otherwise, the hood design seems a little lost.
I don't think you need to lower it... if you added the aero package, it would look a little lower to the ground.
