alright this next one is gonna take along time to do, especially now that s its getting very cold outside to be working on the ground,,,
My own rear sideskirts and rear diffuser,,,
OK first, must cutaway that which is not needed anymore,,,
templates,,,
mold release in the form of tin foil, for the skirts,,,
template for skirts,,,
after a whole night of curing,,,
the original design of the rear skirt was too simular to the oes to put the effort in so added an additional elemement almost like the INGs but in reverse with the detail facing the rear instead of the wheel well,,,
after the tape is on you can more clearly see the lines of the design,,,

and now the real fun stuff,
this is just the mock up, Im now in the proccess of putting into Soldiworks so it will be machined out of foam, female molds made then relayed in FRP or CF,,, Also while its in Solidworks I will be doing FEA and CFD to test out the effectiveness and make appropriate changes as neccessary,,,
At this point the diffuser fins were about twice as high as I wanted them, had to take it all apart and cut down all the fins,,,
After correcting the hieght looked a million times better,,,
