The lip is nearly finished I will definately have it for the next meet,,,
Im working on my track bumper now, I waterjetted a splitter and am waiting on support rods in the mail, I m gonna sand down the CF lip and then re-clearcoat it, then build some hieght into the splitter to make an easier transition... Im also cutting out more than half of the blocked mesh that is there now for more airflow,,,
I just finished my headlights too that have taken me like a year to actually sit down and spend 15 mins to bake them shut, Ill post pics later today I should have those for the meet too,,,,

Headlights complete and going in tomorrow as well,,, not really scratch built but still painted,,,
Unscrew 3 small screws that secure the housings,,,
Baking open and seperating housings,,, 120 degrees for 8 mins,,,
repeat until apart...
Clean up as much of the sealant as possible, you can apply more later after its back together...
Prime and Paint...
Filed the parting lines down from the mold,,,
Make sure you allow time to completely cure and off gas before reassembley, a day or two should suffice,,, Check the directions of the paint that you are using and double that time just to be safe, you dont watn offgassing to occure after you reseal the housings,,,
Press housings back together and repeat the baking proccess, screw back together and seal any open seams with any RTV Silicon,,,
