I met up with the drivers from SpeedSource, Tindol, Horton Motorsports, Tri-Point, ROAR Racing, Racers Edge, and Hypersport. Got more signed posters, hats, shirts, etc. What a great time at LRP 2008!

Oh heck yea. I have posters autographed as well. Will upload pics later. Shoot, just the amount of time we got to spend face to face with them was more exciting than any trinket I have.

While I was going to school and didn't have a car, collecting models was how I got my car fix. AutoArt, Kyosho and Minichamps are all about the same quality and reasonably priced at under $100 (for most of their models anyway). If you wanna see some crazy detail (little to no plastic, cloth, leather, etc.), check out Exoto, BBR or CMC models.
EDIT: on the Cosmo, I would guess (based on other AutoArt models I own) that there is carpet and cloth seat belts, but the seats are a soft, textured plastic with the cloth pattern printed on. Still very convincing.

Talked to the Mazda guy again. I might be purchasing another rarity.
His email, "The Book is called Toyo Kogyo Today as you know that was the name of Mazda before its inception after it was originally named Toyo Cork Koyo in 1920.
It Is hardcover and the pictures are glossy in B&W It tells of what happened at Mazda celebrating their 60th birthday it has 50 pages and tells about the factory in general it also has the achievements from the inception in 1920 up to it celebration of 60 years when the RX7 received the car of the decade award.
I don’t think you would be able to buy it as if my memory is correct it was given to all Dealers in 1980 mine still has the original Toyo Kogyo with compliments slip inside."
