Seibon KS hood installed
Got the hood from Island motorsports in buena park, ca
paid 589.00 plus tax
not the cheapest but they got the hood in one day and made me happy
what do you guys think??
I wanted to paint it red but I may leave it carbon fiber

I just don't get this whole fascination with carbon fiber... and the stock hood is fine IMO. The only thing I would want is some vent to decrease the heat in the engine bay, but I have not seen any aftermarket hood that I'd really like.

I think you could ditch the mesh but then to me it would look unfinished or like it has holes not vents
the mesh is kinda loud looking and painting it black will help tone it down
not to mention by k&N intake is twice as loud now
