Shine-Auto kit finally Installed/Review - More pics to come!
Quick background...I have been working on getting this done for a while. It is the shine-auto burnout kit replica. I also purchased the Evo-R trunk lip. The results are excellent!
The body shop did not have much trouble with this kit...but did some things that I need to take back and get fixed. Do not flame me about the screws...I know already. The sideskirts were an almost perfect fit. I give them a A- for fitment. The front lip however I will give a solid C+/B-. Some fitment issues but overall it looks great. Has a weird gap in the front where it curves into the rotary accent in the middle. I decided to go with OEM Rear Aero flares that I installed myself because they would charge too much to do it. Last, the Evo-R lip I love...it was a little rough when I received it, but they sanded it down, primered and painted, now it looks great.
My car is CURRENTLY in the shop now getting the front bumper re-painted. It has been destroyed by rock-chips. I decided to man up and pay for it, but I am also going to get the Clear-Bra so I don't have to do this again. (covering the new lip will be an issue).
Next additions will be: Enkei RP03 SBC or GTCO1 19", Tein S.Techs, Clear Corners, Front & Rear Rotary Accents, Borla Exhaust
Will update this thread when those parts arrive and I install. Thanks everyone with the help and suggestions and special thanks to NYC Drift King and Sifu for awesome Silvers to drool over for the past year.
I will take better pics when it clears up today and tomorrow. Nikon D-40.
Having a hard time posting the tall pictures...keeps auto flipping them when I link it.

OP, how did you resolve the notches in the sides(near the front and the back) where Shine suggest to put a rubber trim piece, it appears that you did not did you either build up the thickness of the notched area or remove material from the middle(rocker panel area under the doors)???

Thanks looking forward to the detail pics,,, Honestly I dont like that Shine took the liberty themselves and made the decision to go ahead and notch it,,, I wish they would have left it alone and made a recomendation to do so and left it up the user to do so or not...

This car isn't going to look VERY nice with the Teins and new wheels!!
With the SS paint I would personally go with the GTC 01s. Definitely keep this thread updated.
