That is my co pilot Guido!!!! haha I roll tough... so i had to put him in there...
as to my girl... she couldn't get out of the car...she had a bad car accident (lucky to be alive, too) so she is in a wheel chair with a broken foot and hand, and I just stopped to get a few shots so it wasn't worth it...... sorry Wing5... as a matter of fact she is ducking in the first picture haha

I don't know why people complain about the front plates If you're in a state that requires them to be on, then big deal. But the dealer frames gotta go :P

I was up at the summit...although I guess they won't pass as mountains if you compare them to the major ranges (sierras rockies etc.) but they are close to the coast... you can actually see the ocean and the islands from the top....very windy road too...
I guess it could be compared to the mountains above malibu...

The front license plate is a personal thing. Some states have much stricter enforcement. California seems to be a place where the police don't care much. I have never been stopped or cited for it ever by the police. There are occasionally parking matrons that seem to care though.

makes total sense CarAndDriver!!!!! I take it your front plate is off...do you set it in the window like a lot of people do just to be safe? or do you not even bother? I have a friend that doesn't have his on and he has had no problem.

I figured you were haha!! I get that a lot....our idea of mountains is way different than others.... they do get snow....does it count as mountains now haha???

I just throw front plate somewhere in the car/trunk and if I'm ever stopped at least I'll have it on me if they ask.
