^^ It was actually a warning notice.
He was letting people know they were parked illegally, and were subject to getting towed.
Of course, now way a tow truck was getting in, unless he had a rotary engine, so there really wasn't anything to worry about.
Basically, he was doing what his boss told him to do.
BTW - He's leased, not rented.

Nice to see you again to! also nice to see your car again. I wish I could see it more then once a year.
did you see my super cool SS9 graphics I put on last week just for SS. (although I think I might just keep them on now. I am kinda liking them)
I will tell Jason you said Hello! hopefully next year he is less busy and he will come out and play with the rest of us.
