Hey, I got the wheels from tirerack.com here is the link for them...

His car looks different now, hes got a bodykit and some other stuff; I personally dont mind the rims. I think there are other rims that would look BETTER but the ones he has look good.

^haha. It's not that old. I've seen resurrected threads from years back on the other forums I'm on. Oh well, guilty of the nOOb thing here.

Thanks for the link to tirerack. I was looking at those yesterday. Like I said, it's not for everyone, but I really like the way they look on the graphite. I'm having a hard time figuring out what will look good on Nordic Green. Really nice looking 8, though.

This also made me laugh! I wasn't asking how to find them, but rather where he got them from. Thanks for the advice, though. I'll have to google this "google" thing you're talking about. I have no idea what that is.

Hey, I am about to put the RX8 away for the winter. but if there is one more nice weekend I can drive and meet you some where so you can check them out if you would like. if not i will be going to a lot more chi town meets in the spring time, then you can see them there too.

Thanks for the offer and the updated pic! Your car looks sick. I decided to go a different direction with wheels, but love the MS bumper. I do love the way those wheels look on your ride. I'll be putting on my MS kit in the spring. My 8's an all-year-round car. Should be interesting in the snow. Seriously sick ride. Really clean.

The rims are not my taste but they look okay. Better than another set of crappy Volks or HRE's!!!

I love the combo.. the only bad part is that it gets a little raspy around 3500 - 4200 rpm.. but other than that it is amazing. It also has a nice rumble to it at a stop.

Haha, no one has ever commented on that. I picked up a set of mix matched strakes for close to nothing and i thought it would look cool/different if i only put one on each side so i did for a while. But now I have color matched strakes. (need a chrome strake let me know)

I have the same concerns about slamming the car after putting on the kit. I had an Evo VIII with a body kit, then I dropped it 2". There weren't too many driveways I was bold enough to try. Eibach should be a good lowering option. I think it's only about an inch drop. TIGHT!
