Seen stormy blue on a new MX5....very metallic

 

the mx5's winning blue is nice.. but i think the stormy blue will be like the strato blue, but i beleive if you see the dark blues in the mazda line up, thats what you're going to be expecting for the stormy blue rx8

 

Perhaps you should wear some instead.

 

i don't like the phantom blue mica, ive seen a few around and i don't like them at all

 

I'm REALLY into this Stormy Blue thang... I wanna see one with the aero bits and rear wing... preferably in person!
I've been trying to make up my mind about my NEXT RX8 color, and I like the "different" stuff. I get bored easily, and I've seen all the other colors quite a bit now. I know, MY fault for hanging out in this forum, right? <g>
Nordic Green was a front runner for a moment there... Oh, well... R.I.P.
Copper Red seemed to come and go fast (I still haven't seen one in person)... I've got a year or so left before I'll be ready for a new one, so hopefully ther Stormy Blue will be around then. I like blue. Not Phantom Blue, though.... ugh.

 

I went out and looked at one last week, looks like a normal dark blue in the showroom, but really comes to life in the sunshine.....to make a long story short, I no longer own a VR, but have a stormy blue on order with apperance pkg an MS side skirts.
