Thanks for the great idea

I've had my RX-8 for about 2 months. This board has given me a ton of ideas for mods. This mod however, is my favorite and only $9.99.

Are those fog light strakes also? Looks good - are you involved in any local car clubs?

The mod is the grill, and yes I took what was leftover of the $9.99 pep boys fender molding and decided to follow 3 lines(between the fins) on each oil cooler to complete the look.

Wow, I don't know what you mean by that. One of the things that impresses me about his grill is how straight they are, all of them. I had a hard time straightening mine and it's just one chrome line!

It looks good, but it does look like they aren't quite parallel? maybe just an effect of the photo?

So thats what he meant by straighten them out...

EDIT: taking a closer look at it (putting laptop screen up to face) the problem seems to be just the aliasing in the photo so they're probably straight in reality
