Cheating on a test isn't illegal, but street racing is. You can be punished for cheating on a test, but it isn't illegal.

lol ok. How is the two even remotely connected? If you want to race, take it to a track where it isn't illegal. That is all we are trying to say. If we hated horsepower so much, we wouldn't be driving these type of cars in the first place.
