Looking good! Especially the strakes. (I don't think the 8 looks finished without the strakes on the fender vents.)
I would do the calipers in red. (But what do I know, my whole 8 is red.)

No, I think you should respray it a unique colour - a colour that you wont expect on an RX8. There are other whites.. if you are going to spend the money respraying do something completely different. If white is what you want tho, perhaps put a pearl through the white. But yea.. just my opinion on respraying, go for something totally different if you willing to spend that money!

I have been bashed for this previously...the strakes, if you are going to have them, need to be level with the ground, not pointing at the front wheels.
Apart from that, I dont mind the wheels, but you need to lower it.

He's a decepticon!
Option 1
If you are going with the MS front end make sure you have enough for some sides (maybe the oem sides)
Option 2
Go with the apperance package, ditch the factory spoiler and get a lip spoiler like the one I have on my car.
I would paint the calipers either black or silver(silver preferably), subtle but effective.
Option 3
I had S-techs with Tokico D-spec shocks and cables for the rear that I'm selling. I got coilovers on my car now, so if you're interested let me know.
Congrats on the car, looking good and keep us posted on the progress.
