Winning Blue Rx8 with Painted Wheels "Plasti-Dip Black"
#27
I've had my wheels done for a little under a year now and the stuff held on fairly well. Around the litter lip of the wheel it did peel some because I didn't apply it too thick there and there are a few chips in it from rocks and debris but other than that all in one piece. They have faded a bit and look a little more like dark gray. Under numerous washings they never peeled off even with scrubbing them to get brake dust off. Overall it was well worth the ~20 bucks for 3 cans to do it. Cheaper than powdercoating and not permanent if you change your mind
