Good looking kids.

BTW, I have a 9 year old son, no daughter. Stick seldom knows what he's talking about.

Enough with the SC vs Turbo war. Its taking up every section of this forum now, and continuing in like 5 different threads.

I have hundreds of megs of photos of my son. Broken down into age in months. After a few years that dropped. I just take photos at special events now. I guess the cuteness thing wore off and now he's just a regular kid. They don't change as much.

Just something I wanted to do for a while. It's less unique. Just search for stick's name on google to see why it's bad to have something only you use.

I went last November with some friends, didn't bring the RX-8 though, drove a Durango

I'm definitely going to be there at least the 11th and 12th. I hear Cam might be going, but I'm not sure. I'm supposed to head down to Pettit's shop sometime between now and then, so I'll know whether or not he's going as the date gets closer.

At least leave the kids out. Both SC and Turbos have their advantages as we know by now. Lets forgive/ forget and move on.

That WB is just beautiful. I'm lookin into getting a WB and I was thinking of eventually getting the Pettit S/C for it. I'm guessing its safe to assume this is well worth it to get?

I think it is, and I'm confident everyone on this forum who has the supercharger kit would agree with me.

The weather was especially warm down here in Florida today, in the 80's... we went over to Paradise Park and had some fun with the kids. Went with the intention of taking a few pictures of the kids playing in the park, but I couldn't help but shoot a few of the car:

Nice......very nice!

I come up with one like that and it's going in my office above one of the desks for sure!

interesting though...you don't have any gauges to monitor your car at all???
not even A/F ration, ??
and you are confident in running FI?
can you fill me in on it? cause not intsalling all these gauges and such can really lower the cost a lot.
Thanks

Thanks Dave. A good friend of mine took that one on Friday. Photography is a hobby of his. Anyway, he says he can do a lot better so we're going to try again within the next few weeks.

I will get real gauges eventually. Right now all I have is a ScanGauge II. With only 8 lbs of boost max it's a pretty conservative setup.

I went FI at 17800 miles and I'm out 24600 miles right now. I autocross, drag race, and drive it spiritedly on the highway. It has been smooth as silk. Besides the erratic idling with the AC on and the CEL in the beginning, there was nothing about this setup that bothered me. Now the idle is completely perfect and I will not get a CEL unless something is wrong (has not happened yet). I have not had a dyno since the initial installation back in May of 2007 which turned up 261 hp (that was with the Mazsport Interceptor-X). Since then I put an RP supercat in and had my ECU reflashed. The difference was VERY noticeable. I'm guessing it's around 300 hp. Next chance I get, I'll put it on a dyno, but it's not a priority right now.

I didn't have them initially. I ordered them from a different place than where I purchased the wheels. They are on the car now and show up in the HDR picture.

Got this picture blown up to 24"X36" at wal-mart for $15. Came out great. My friend has a great Nikon camera he uses to create these images, and he is totally cool with taking pictures of your car as well. If you can think of a great background for it, we can meet up and have a nice 8 photoshoot. I was thinking one of those parks off of the bridge to get some water in the background.
