Very nice "G" and I'll bet Juan didn't wipe that smile off for quite sometime either.
Ha ha ha...................sounds like you were about to say something like "GD it" at the end of Juans video!
Hey there is a WB running around South Melbourne or Palm Bay that has a white banner ot windshield mask on it, you know who that is? I didn't catch what it said.

Yeah, it's something like that. Don't quote me on it though A pulley and two injectors.

I'm not sure how available the upgrade is for mass consumption yet, but Juan and Norman have it, and I will hopefully get it next month.

~50 lbs

BTW, here is a video I took of marsredr100 and Mzdarx8 battling it out at Palm Beach International Raceway.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0fGQy...e=channel_page

and some pictures of all of our cars:

I managed to squeek out a 13.8 @ 98 mph, but I'll be in the 12s by next month

We were ALL in the 13s, with marsredr100 getting a 13.5 with a crappy 2.1 60' time. I think we did about 25 runs between the 3 of us. It was a great day.

Coming soon:

that thread is intended to show what you get for what you pay for, so Juans kit hasnt officially been dubbed Stg III but Id say its safe to to that if you ordered this kit that the "Stg III"(bigger pulley and injectors are a minimal cost...

So do you think with your additional 40-50 rwhp you will be able to get into the 12's? Never taken the Turbo 8 to the track but I am really interested in seeing how it will do now.

His mph was high enough that he could have done it had he had a better than 2.1-2.2 60'

With that kind of horsepower and some good traction he should be getting 1.8s 60' times. That's .3 or .4 seconds right there...

you guys should be able to pull a 2.0 60 foot on decent street tires. in fact, you guys should probably be able to pull a 1.9 60' foot on decent street tires.

i do 2.0 60' on 245/40/18 toyo t1rs on the stock rims. and i have faaar less horsepower.

throw some slicks on there you might even do a 1.8 60 foot.

Yeah, I was hitting 1.9s with drag radials consistently. I was able to do 2.0-2.1 on my street tires, but with these drag radials it's sooo effortless. I think If I launch at a higher RPM I can definitely hit 1.8s.

After the upgrade I'll give it a shot.

headers + injectors + pulley == 50 whp

/\ your math is fine - just stirring things up - slow day .
A 280hp turbo car is about equivalent to a 300hp SC car because of the power curve .

If you want to really stir things up, feel free to post videos of your car at a drag strip.
