Winter Warrior?

Winter Warrior?
Hey guys. I know a lot of people are skiddish about pushing their eights onto some white stuff, but i have some proof that they can handle it with some good snow tires! I plan on taking a rolling video to demonstrate the fact the eight can handle a road with NO tarmac showing (just pack snow) at speeds of 50mph +.
so for now, enjoy these pictures of a very angry car.
and this is what i was driving on all day:

i choose to garage it to maintain the life of the car. a stored car versus a winter car lasts much longer. its a proven fact. snow, extreme temperatures, salt, etc are all damaging to the vehicle. spend $500 bucks cash to pick up a cheap winter beater from junkyard/towyard auctions and turn around and resell it at the end of the season. once in an accident no matter the type, the car is never the same. regardless of you being a good driver, what about other idiots on the road? any of the accidents i have been in i am YET to be at fault, but my car(s) were still damaged.

you have really good points, and this would be the preferred method i would like to follow... but until i get monies and a full salary (i.e. graduate in may), it's just not practical.
so, i'll just have to do my best dodging the idiots. i've done well enough so far.
anyone else have some ridiculous snowy photos?

I should show you what I do with mine during Winter... for those who are affraid of driving it or simply park it outdoors.
The only time I dont drive it is when a Jeep Liberty get stuck.
Stop being sissies about your car, it's a car after all.

I dont store my car for the winter and i got hit with a snowstorm friday through sunday and my 8 saw it all. The hardest past is the fact that my car is lowered and acts like a snow plow.

it's ugly, but it does the job...and it was $500.

Yeah, this is true but YOU HAVE A GARAGE! for those unlucky people like myself who don't 'have one... YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR 8 STARTED in -20c weather.. Mine is still frozen..I even put a new block heater in.. and STILL freezes over night. Great pics though!

i disagree with the sentiment that beaters aren't fun to drive everyday.
shitty cars are awesome, dude.
i have a 93 accord, and i love that car to death. i take it on road trips, off-road, to the mountains... why, some of the most memorable trips/moments in my life have involved that car. plus, it has so much history! not only that, but you don't have to worry about keeping it clean, meticulously maintaining it, or cops singling you out for driving a sports car. wanna put shitty gas in it? go right ahead. run someone off the road in it without worrying about damaging your precious baby? be my guest.
so, if i can have all that fun with my shitty car and still preserve the life of my 8, then why not? beaters create memories that nice, functional cars just can't.
