+1 On wanting to know why you've joined this forum.
You're acting like a troll. You haven't established yourself as a good forum member. In all honesty, you've come in here, and your less than 10 posts, you're already going after the Admin/Moderators.
Coming from someone who else is in the hierarchy of many forums, no, it's not just calling the kettle black. It's actually doing something about it other than making yourself look like a fool.
If you have a problem with someone, take it over PM.
For one, I recommend all these posts getting deleted. It's in disrespect of the OP. Unless you're the OP, which I've seen happen before, well, let's just not go there. But assuming not, it is in disrespect of him to get into a debate/argument with the forum patrols in his topic.
Ultimately, you're not calling the kettle black, you're putting water in it, putting it on the burner, closing the kettle, and turning the heat on.
So, if you have a problem with anyone take it to the PM's where it can be sorted out away from disturbing everyone. And can all of this needlessness be deleted?

You're still missing the whole process of sorting this out in a private manner. This isn't a democracy. There have been rules set up and as a member, you are expected to follow them or else a moderator will be forced to issue a warning or some sort of reprimand for your actions, based on their discretion. Even if it was a democracy, you're not exactly getting a lot of support thus far, so I don't think you'd win in the long run anyways.
To answer your question, it's not the kettle calling the pot black. You are a user complaining about the way an Administrator or Moderator is choosing to handle a situation. There is a forum rule that clearly indicates that this is not allowed. Al is suggesting that you, as a user, should contact an admin or a mod privately to sort the problem out. He is not a user questioning the actions of a moderator. He is a moderator warning a user for his actions. His statement was clear in it's meaning, yet you ignored it and again broke the forum rule mentioned above. If you have a problem with a moderator's actions, take it up with them via private messages.

That being said, Yours for some reason actually looks really good.
Don't know if it is the angle of the pictures, the color, or the aero package on her. You have a very nice looking car!
The "lip" spoiler works very well visually with the S II tail lights.
Did you add the front "splash guards" or are those part of the aero package on the S II?
