Wow my headlights are ALIGNED .. not
When I got my car back last thursday after having the headlight lenses replaced I know something was off. I asked the service advisor he said yup they're aligned. I dont know maybe its just me but is this aligned or what!?! I guess another trip tomorrow to the dealership. OMFG all I need to bring is a shotgun. Oh by the way I'm dropping the car off tomorrow for them to fix my wheels. Once again another very very good week.

Oh honey, I'm sorry!! These dealerships are just idiots! You'd think they'd be the pros since they deal with all types of vehicles on a daily basis. You're almost better taking the chance and fixing the stuff yourself.

did you just get the lenses replaced? or did they do wiring as well?
when my friend got in an accident with his Mazda 6, his headlights were miswired. he had one high beam and one low beam working at the same time.

They just replaced the lenses. I'd be pissed if they lost the foamy thing that keeps the headlight in place. Damn ****'s!!!!

I had my headlights replaced too for the stained housing problem and I need to align mine but haven't had time. Dealers suck ***. You gotta do everything yourself if you want it done right.

To sllygrl10 and other Maryland owners near Rockville, MD. I got my '05 8 two weeks ago and my low beams seemed high to me and to the oncoming drivers who all flashed me as if I had my hi beams on. When I asked Congressional Mazda if they could be re-adjusted, I was also told they could not be adjusted. That answer made no sense, so thanks for the page showing how to adjust on your own.

Were you able to adjust it yourself? Do you have the base model?

Yeah no kidding I'm actually looking for another mazda dealership close by to bring my car in for service. Oil change they can do but nothing else anymore.
