Glad to hear you're ok. Wow, the front is like totally gone. Wow though, passenger compartment looks like it didn't suffer, does the inside appear mostly normal?

I love this car! It has again saved another life.
Look at that wreck, any mere mortal (piston) car would've killed it's owner.
Do not drink and drive. Be safe. Hooah.

Like sedan is any safer to drive drunk with. shesh.

Dui cost $10,000 plus your job in some states/occupations. How much is this going to cost you?

Too many motorcycle rider, innocent people, killed by dui, killed by drunk driver.

Wow. I can't even imagine the force of that impact, nor can I think of another car that could suffer such catastrophic damage and still protect the cabin. Glad you're alright dude.

Inside is intact, the front took all the damage.

Yes, $726, plus my lis. is suspended for 6 months, though I do get a occupational lis. in the meantime.

Yea, the car did it's job. I sent mazda a letter already praising their design.

In WI the first offence is only a civil matter and a minor infraction as long as no one else other then the driver was involved. I get a $726 ticket, occupational lis. for 6 months and that's it. Insurance already said that since this is my first accident ever on my 10 year history with them, it will not effect my rates whatsoever. Though any other claim in then next year will double my rates.

Thank You, even if one person will think twice after seeing my stupidity I will be happy. I'm not a drinker, maybe 1 night a month. But it only takes once.

I am leaning towards a BMW, the issue is that the wife has me by the *****. Due to my stupidity she thinks I shouldn't be rewarded with a nice care. Can't say I disagree with her. She wants to see me in a Carolla or Camry I'm fighting hard, luckily I have about 2 months before I get a new car. That's time to let her cool down.
