Just wash, no wax? Or what other detailing steps did yout take? Still looks pretty cold out there... Brrrrr....
EDIT: I visited your site to see that you did wax your 8. I just found out about the new Mother's product lines recently. If you've ever been a Meguiar's user, you'll have to tell us how this compares to the NXT line.
Also, a couple of things...
1) Your first pic on your site looks like you've got some water spots on the paint. The buffing from the waxing should have gotten that out (not sure at what point you took the pic). If not, consider clay barring the paint.
2) I also noticed you use a synthetic sponge for washing. That can cause major scratching. Switch to something like a chenille sponge instead, as it allows the dirt to collect between the stands, rather than scraping along your paint as you scrub.

Poconos
Live in the poconos ... North East PA... Trust me when I say their not water spots... After using Mothers car wash I did Clay bar the entire car and then used Mothers FX Synwax, and finished off w/ Mother FX Spary wax .. Picture was taken after washing, clay barring and waxing... I will take more tomorrow when sun is out..
When I 1st washed the car I used a regular microfiber towel... Then I washed it a second time using a microfiber Sponge!!!! New product I found on the shelfs...I will look into that kinda of sponge... Always worked out fine using a microfiber towel... I made sure the car was clean before using the microfiber sponge....Sponge was still very clean after using it. On the inside I used Reflections Leather Care for the seats, and used Mothers PRESERVES PROTECTANT for the dash board...Never used Meguiar's products on my car... Been using Mothers since day one... Used to use Mothers carnuba wax and Reflections premium wax before using their new FX product line... Let me tell you I noticed a huge difference using the FX products vs the carnuba wax and reflections.. Mothers ALL THE WAY :-)~

Just my opinion, but removing the b-pillar is the worst...... Your car looks great and its one fantastic detail job, but why remove the b-billar?? I just think it looks much, much more sleek and sporty with a full black finish across the windows, especially with the tint. Once again, good work on the car, its going to make me even more depressed when i see the salt crud on mine tmw morning...
