It looks like a Agency Power Dual Resonated pipe, I just sold mine. Good pipe but yours looks alot nicer. GLWS

 

a bunch of AP midpipes including mine were for sale for $120 or less a couple months back.

i should've waited to sell mines now had i known they somehow went up in resale value lol.
