Hmmm....interesting. Only problem is I have a 2004 GT with navi....so my DVD/Nav disc player is located inside the second rear lid. Do you think this would work for me ?

I would imagine so, but not 100%. The consoles are the same for S1 or S2 so I don't see why not. The only difference I think was the cigarette lighter and aux in, but thats just a plastic panel that would pop out too. I havent seen a nav unit taken out before. Is it just screwed down into the rear compartment of is there an actual different mounting plate?

Here is a pic I took today. It looks like the plastic around the unit could be removed and maybe put in the console you have...but I'm not positive either as I have never removed the entire console before. What you think? If I can get this to work I'd deff be interested in taking it off your hands as I will be killing 2 birds with 1 stone and getting the sliding lid I need + the silver trims.

Ok it looks like it will swap over, but you will have to disassemble almost the entire console. Here is image from the workshop manual. Part number 5 in the diagram.

Just a reference, but this is what I've got for sale, part #8 assembly.

Hmm...yea it looks like the #5's can be swapped out. Were you able to find out if that aux input can be made compatible with the series 1 ?

No didnt really spend too much time on this since I don't have a series 1. I can't confirm but I think it is the same connector as the satellite radio input one or something like that. So you maybe able to build a harness or connector and it's just like two or three wires I think for a 3.5mm jack. So you'd probably have to have a 2005 or newer since 2004 didn't have sat input, right?

Another option is buy one of those aftermarket aux inputs but just relocate it to the factory spot in the center console.

Does your center console have the extra cig. lighter port as well?

from a 06 series 1, water never got in it. don't know if its the upgraded gasket.
the taillight is broken from the back the black part. i circled it where it's broken some glue will fix it.
gasket included.

broken ? ehh IDK....I'd have too see close up pics so I can see what condition its in. I don't want to risk getting a taillight that is going to fit loosely, or possibly get water/condensation later on....

$15 for the battery cover?
