All right guys , for those who searched for a BHR ignition kit in great conditions less than 4,000 miles purchased in May 2009, installed in June 2009, car was in a accident and under insurance claim until December 2009, after months without using the car I ended purchasing OEM plugs, coils, wires etc...

Great mod but need the cash to repair other things $385 + 3% paypal fee shipped anywhere 48 states...

 

im sure this is going to sell quick, but if it doesnt i should be able to purchase this by tomorrow

unfortunately that is quite a problem with that kit.
There was a local guy here who went through 3 igniter boxes before he got a working on.

spark plugs are not part of the kit. you can add them on though. but its like going to the store and buying paint, and then a paintbrush. its related, but 2 different items.

Harold if you did sent payment , pm me I would love to see the paypal # transaction, because you never pm'd me about sending payment, I clearly stated that the kit was sold allready way before you sent that payment, besides ninjajim4 filled a dispute with paypal cause he hasnt received the item yet and he just payed for it yesterday, so I have my paypal account on hold until he gets the kit, my concern is he never asked me about this problem....

talk about being safe, now this is all complicated because both of you never , ever emailed me nor called me about this concern.

Bottom line is I sold this kit to ninjajim4 yesterday morning, and I clearly stated the item was sold. The truth is said only ninjajim4 payed thru paypal and the funds are on hold by paypal until the dispute is resolved, which is dumb, cause how can Jim file a dispute of never receiving the item yet if I havent shipped it out yet to Charles...

Harold or Arnold dont know the exact name cause Jim say Harold and now he's calling you Arnold I dont know , Jim knows what to do to resolve this issue, all of this would of been solved with a simple email...

 

BTW guys if you were on my shoes what would you exactly do,

1) I have my ******* paypal account on hold for no reason

2) ninjajim4 funds are on hold by paypal also

3) Arnold or Harold dont know the name states he sent payment yesterday, I check my paypal account and it's negative -$396.55

4) I have a dispute with paypal for non-receipt item - I STILL HAVENT SHIPPED IT !!! WTF

5) Both of these guys say I'm trying to screw them, I just want to sell the dam kit ... I never offered the kit again posting it was sold to ninjajim4, until this morning I check my paypal account and find that not only the funds ninjajim4 sent to me is on hold by paypal, but that my account is also negative $396.55 I said to myself WTF .....

 

alright.. points 1,2 and 4 are all the same thing. i don't know why you keep harping on about my filing a claim before you've had a chance to send it. it's not like i jumped the gun and decided to file a claim because you didn't mail out my item within 5 minutes of receiving my payment. seriously, what're you talking about? it has nothing to do with that. i filed a claim because it appears you sold 1 item to 2 people. plain and simple. if there were a checkbox for that, i'm sure the paypal rep would've ticked that one instead of the non-receipt. so quit making it sound like i'm pissed you haven't shipped my item yet.


here's my few points.

1) if you ship this item with verified tracking, and it shows delivered, and then i suddenly decide to be a douchebag scammer and not close the dispute anyway, paypal will decide in your favor. that's a fact. so obviously i'm not trying to scam you, because it wouldn't work. anyone here can verify that is true. call paypal and ask. you don't know what you are talking about.

2) if you really don't want to deal with me anymore, then logon to paypal, go to the details of our transaction, and at the bottom of the page click 'issue refund'. that doesn't pull money out of your bank account, it takes the money i gave you that paypal is holding right now and gives it back to me. that's what a refund is, by definition. go look it up. i think maybe you don't understand how paypal works or something, given your PMs to me.
anyone here can verify that is true. call paypal and ask. you don't know what you are talking about.

again, i've already stated that i'd rather have the kit than the money.

3) i don't know how in the world you can say that heyarnold69 didn't send you money. he had first dibs in this thread, then yesterday night he's posts that his stock coils are for sale bc he bought a BHR kit. i PM him and ask who he got it from, and he says you. he posted IN THIS THREAD that he sent you money last night. you ask what we'd do if we were in your shoes. i ask the same of you. i don't know why you think me sending you an email asking about it would solve anything.

right now you have plenty of options, which i think anyone can plainly see and agree with. you can refund the money now, and the dispute is closed automatically.

you can send the kit, and i close the dispute when Charles receives it, and you get the money. if i don't close it, you can give paypal the tracking information and show them that you sent it. they decide in your favor, and you get the money. you seem to think there's some kind of risk involved with that. i have to say, i don't see how.

you should see it from my perspective. i release this claim now, and you could withdraw the money into your bank account and never send anything, and i would have no recourse whatsoever. once that money's out of paypal i could file claims all damn day and never get nothing. so who'd be taking the bigger risk here?

right now, you have options. i don't. claim stays open for now...
