Brand New Tokico D-Spec shocks
SALE PENDING
I have a BRAND NEW, never installed set of Tokico D-spec shocks. Box has been opened for inspection and to take pictures, that's it. I've had them sitting in my house for months.
Long backstory about why I'm selling these: I ordered this set for my car, one shock was broken during installation but I was in a rush to install them for a track event. So I ordered a SECOND complete set, grabbed one shock from it, and finished my installation. Now, 4 months later, the factory FINALLY got around to getting me a replacement, so now I have a complete set that I can sell. You'll notice in the photos there are 3 unmarked boxes and 1 retail box with logos on it, now you know why.
Included are the 4 shocks (2 front, 2 rear, obviously), the cool little keychain for quickly adjusting the damping settings, and tuning guide booklet, and some nuts and protector caps.
These shocks are really phenomenal. I've had my set in for 5 months without any problems, and they've been a blast. Read some reviews on this site, and the ability to adjust damping is really a good way to learn about your driving and how your car behaves. I usually keep the damping on the softer side around town, but at the track and if I'm going out for a hard drive, I stiffen them up and it makes a huge difference.
PRICE LOWERED
$500 local pickup (suffolk county NY), or $525 shipped.
BTW just so you know there are a few retailers that list this kit for approximately this price on their websites. If you actually call them or try to place the order though, they will tell you that the real price is actually significantly higher. Trust me I've dealt with probably 7 or 8 retailers because of the bind I was in, so just letting you know, this is the best price you're going to find.
PS- I strongly recommend getting the remote adjuster cables for the rear. you can get them for $20 and they make adjusting the rears a 3 minute job rather than a 3 hour pain in the butt.
Just post here or PM me....
