That's odd. I though you said "ill take it for 100 shipped" but now you are deciding?
Anyway as mentioned, the item is still in the box with all the cables and everything. I dont have a camera with me but the link from mp3car.com shows exactly what I have.

I installed mine this weekend with my c134 travla mini-itx w/ via epia-m 10000.
Heed my advice. Before you hook it all up, grab your main workstation, go to the carnetix website, visit their forums, and download the beta version of their software/drivers and firmware.
Follow the firmware update procedure (it requires you to pop off the case and set a bootloader jumper, and then proceed with your full-on install. I had to dismount mine and go through the firmware update process after I had everything hooked up and discovered that the usb hibernate function is a complete fail with the version of the software and firmware it ships with.
Once I followed the update procedure and ensured the 2140 could bring the machine out of standby, I enabled the hibernate function and its performance is second to none.
This is the best $140 insurance policy you can buy for a carpc. Highly recommended.

New custom app for managing hibernation between windows and the P2140 can be found here (it's a bit more lightweight than the carnetix app)
