CDT speakers w/ tweeters

for sale my brother has a set of CDT 6.5" speakers w/ tweeters,2 mb quart amplifiers non of this stuff has ever been installed! also has 4/0 power & monster cable RCA's all for sale for $450 shipped in the USA all very good name brand stuff! he just bought a new car and he dont wanna do any audio to his new one so he has no need for it and i dont wanna go thru the hassle installing in on the rx8
