Just a tip, in case you are within the warranty period. Mazda extended the warranty on the clutch pedal assembly to 8yrs 100,000 miles as a result of complaints to the NHTSA. So if you are still within that, you should be able to get a free one from the dealer.
Alternatively, the pedals break at certain welding points. Any shop that can weld should be able to re-weld it together, as long as nothing else got broken in the process.
