Is this a complete kit (with all the hardware)?

Thick or thin disc? And do you have the original receipt?

It includes everything that came with it when originally purchased, although I do not have the receipt - I purchased the clutch just a couple weeks before my 8 was totaled, which was in May of 2007.

I have no idea whether it is the Thick or Thin disc, if you know how to find out I will gladly check.
