I was looking at getting these same wheels once, same size, just a different offset. Just wondering, did you have any issues rubbing in the rear and did you have to roll you fenders?

I rolled my rears but with these tires it was not needed. If you want to run a wider tire in the rear you will need a roll. In the side view pic I am lowered on tanabe coil overs.

I wouldn't sell the rims but I'm trying to get rid of the car and I think these wheels deserve an owner that knows what they are.

What size tires were you running and did the fronts stick out some with that low of an offset? Did you rub in the front at all?

the tires are factory size. Has a slight stretch but not much. Imop the front fits perfect and the back could use a spacer to push them out. If I has going to keep the car that's what I would do. Or run a lower profile but wider tire in the rear but then you couldn't rotate all four tires.

The front rim edge is even with the fender for that aggressive look. Thats what im into. Has no rubbing issues at all. Again the tires are factory size.

Good info. Thanks. Now if only these were your old gold ones. Still debating either the 29 offset or the 35 just to be safe. But I would really like to do the 29 with a wider tire. Even been thinking of getting a 17" just to run the bigger tire with out having any rubbing issues.......lol all this is circumstantial to me actually selling my car.

Anyway, good luck with your sale and thanks for the info.

I want to get my fiancé something nicer to drive the kids to school in. I miss the evo scene. I want to do more with my jeep project blah blah blah.

Boils down to that I just have to many reasons to get rid of it and only one to keep it.
It is a fun and beautiful car but she needs a new owner.

Remember, I'm still interested in the Shipping.. :P that is if no luck otherwise. I think those would look really good on a BB, don't you?

If there was a way I would. But I don't have rims to put on the car. I would also be afraid they would get damaged during shipping. I like for people to see what they're getting in person.

The silver would look great on bb. Silver goes with just about anything though. The pics don't do this metalic silver justice either. Way cleaner looking than the gold ones I had on my evo.

Yeah jon at vivid has always been real helpful with all my evo parts.
As far as what I'm driving right now it's kind of a shocker to most.

It's a 04 jeep wrangler. So far I put on new front and rear bumpers, a 4 inch lift, and as soon as I get a few more bucks it'll have 33x13.50s on it.

I wanted to go down a different road for a while.( or lack there of) I lost intrest in the rx8 to quickly. I think to make up for my speed needs I'm going to try and find a used sport bike and turn it into a street fighter. I hope u get some advans that u want. They are really nice wheels.
