Well, I definitely want my money back. Sorry for not updating but I'm getting married and there are lots of things on my mind right now. The unlucky part is that I feel like a got ripped off. I 'd rather send it back to you and get a refund...look at the pics. They speak for themselves even without the comments on them. The box wasn't damged at all, which means it was ripped before it was shipped off.

wow, that just aint right...if that is his determination of 'like new', I'd hate to see what used would look like. That thing looks like crap. Man, that sucks...you should get your money back for sure

 

I don't see how some people can think they can get away with scams or misrepresentations these days. It's so easy to get your money back if you just make sure to use an intermediary like Paypal. As long as you never send money through transfers or checks, you can always get charges pushed back. Some people are just so ignorant.

Wow...that fading is unbelievable. If the buyer of my car didn't want mine, I would have sold it to you. It had two minor tears around the trunk area that I duct taped back on both sides. Absolutely nothing like that POS you just bought.

 

Well he wrote me back and said that he'll give me a full refund, but I'd have to wait until next week. If it doesn't come in by the closing deadline, I'm just going to submit a claim directly with Paypal. I'm really glad I paid with Paypal, so you got that right Texak. I'll keep you guys updated...

 

Well, the guy didn't deliver. Whoever is out there and buying parts from or sending money to AKIS (ALL KINE ISLAND SYNDICATE) Seller's Email: monsterspeed@tokyo.com via paypal, don't send it because it's a rip off. Good luck to you guys and I've learned to not buy from people with zero posts, unless backed up by someone.
