I didn't get another one, it was more of a comfort item than anything to me, I rarely speed and I obey all traffic laws... most of the time.

Hmmm maybe I should pick this up if its still up for sale at the end of the month I really might pick this up. Just a question would this be better than say a jammer? I know its like the best detector on the market but I see jammers for less I just want to know if those are worth a **** that all.

When I was working as an instructor at an electronics tech school, one of my students built a jammer. It worked great! It was not a simple one box deal.
You could dial whatever speed you wanted the cop to read. It was a forward/rear system
I have not kept up with that student. He was an ex army person. Very good with electronics of all kinds.

This radar detector is amazing, my bro has had one for the past 4 years (no tickets since he got it) and he drives like a maniac. Just look at the reviews online regarding this detector and you will be impressed.

Good luck with the sale.

Bump for a great detector. I Personally own a V1, and a Bel RX65 and both are excellent detectors.

I might be interested. I'm taking a V1 for a test drive this weekend, so we'll see how that goes.

and you don't have zero posts, which makes you wonder why someone would come here to sell something that has nothing specific to do with an RX-8

Radar detectors are great until they start using laser, then it's back to the who see's who first game. The laser detector on these don't really do anything besides letting you know you're screwed.
