does this require you to take the front bumper off?

reason i ask is i just put my MS replica on and if was somthing i tell ya.... the corner lights barley fit so i dont want to take this bumper off again unless i have really have to hahahaha.

I appreciate that. I found a copy in a DIY thread, the bottom part of the pages is cut off but all the necessary info is readable. If you do find it I would still like it, as I keep all of my mod paperwork for future reference.
