Yes, the small dent is fixable. A machine shop/wheel shop could roll it out easily.
I had these on my car for over 4,000 miles, including a round trip to Vegas, with no issues (i.e. leaking air, wobbles, vibrations, etc). I wouldn't sell an unsafe wheel.
In the picture below, the dent is on the front wheel. It's rather difficult to spot, because the dent is so small:

Well, first I wanna know how much it is to fix the dent. If it's some ridiculous amount, I don't want it (although I doubt it'll be too high..., just wanna check to be sure).

It shouldn't be too much. Figure a half hour of labor at most. I'll call my friend who works at a welding shop and see if he can do it and how much it will be.
