Hello everyone, I havent been on the forums in a long time.

But any ways, I got these wheels off of forum member ULLLLOSE (i think thats how its spelled) and used them on my car for a while, kinda got tired of em and started using diff wheels. I had left them at my brothers house for storage, but one of them got stolen there so i took the 3 remaining back home. ULLLLOSE had repainted them with some sort of household paint or something (i could never figure out what) to paint them black, so eventually it was gonna fade off, so yeah the paint is fading to the point where the original finish is almost visible.

Anyways it would be best to use some aircraft stripper or something on these and get them powder coated , and order one other to complete set. I'm pretty sure all 3 for $200 is a steal.

I don't have any closeups of the wheels,but one has curb rash (about an inch a half). The other two are perfect.

If closer shots are requested i'll try to post some up tomorrow maybe.

Strange that there was a problem with the finish on those. I used the same stuff on my trailer, single stage paint sprayed from a gun, and it has been on my trailer for 10+ years. Only difference is my trailer is steel, could be the paint did not like the aluminum.

p.s. if anyone buys these I have an extra set of RX-8 compatible Rota center caps (standard Rota flat caps wont clear our rear axles) you can have for free.

Yeah I don't know I guess all the brake dust and washes where making it fade maybe? Dunno.
