IN FS: 19" Axis Shine Staggered (Lots of Pics)

Hi,

up for sale I have excellent condition axis shine wheels 19" staggered. The wheels are really much in like new condition as I only have these wheels under 1k miles. I pampered the wheels so much as I washed it once every week. The tires are coopers Zeon 2XS tires.
I am selling this set for $1400 with tires shipped anywhere in the states. I am located in 47401 (Bloomington, Indiana)

the wheels have no bents or curb rash AT ALL they are perfect round. Except there are small chip near the bolt area on just only the 2 rear wheels because the mechanic was not careful when taking the wheels off my car even that, it is barely noticeable unless you loook at it very very closely. it is shown on the pictures. I just knew this when I was washing the wheels. for the tires, they basically have almost 100% thread life on all four wheels. The tires are in perfect condition except for one, which have the rubbing cuts around because I didn't roll my fender at that time, but still work flawlessly. it is also shown with my finger pointing at it.

the size are 19x8.5 +35 245/35/19 front and 19x9.5 +40 275/30/19 rear.

The wheels and tires are so in the perfect condition that literally it looks brand new physically and in performace.

let me know if you have any question. please email me if you want more photos.

Thank you so much.

Santoso

I'd buy them for $1300 cash ASAP if you're willing to meet me in Lexington KY with them (that's about 4 hours drive for me, 3 for you). I'm a little too skittish about sending that kind of money online for a deal on this forum to a mostly unknown poster. This also saves you any costs associated with paypal transfers etc.

Please email me if you want to work out a deal. Cash in hand and ready to buy.

Sorry, driving 6+ hours each way is not feasible for me if you cannot meet me halfway.

The only other option for purchase I would consider is COD (charge on delivery) shipment. This means the shipping company acts as a mediator on both our behalf.

You would send the wheels out via UPS. I would obtain US Post office money orders for the amount prior to their arrival here. When the wheels arrive here, UPS will deliver them to me, and collect the money orders at the same time. They will then return the money orders to you via mail.

In this manner they guarantee both that I get the items and you get the money. The additional fee for COD with the shipper is about $10 per package from what I can tell, and I assumed you were sending 2 wheels per package. so that should be $20 extra. This is still less than the paypal fees would be, and you can immediately cash the money orders at your bank or any US Post Office at no cost.

There is no legitimate reason to refuse to use a COD shipment on a transaction of this scope. IF you are unwilling to work with me in this way then I will have to pass.

or do you want to go through ebay for this transaction, eBay will cover all the amount of your purchase. Besides, you can use the Bing cashback
If not, what address in Lexington, KY you want to meet, I'll see how long the distance is.

Thank you

I have no particular address in Lexington...it was just the city that appeared to be close to halfway between us. Usually I conduct such exchanges at a large gas station or truck stop off the interstate.

Now that I think about it, I'd actually rather do COD shipping honestly...it will save us both time, and there is not really a disadvantage. IT is simple secure for us both. There is no reason to make it more complex.

I have no interest in dealing with ebay...I always forget when the auction closes and forget to bid, or get distracted and miss it. Plus, ebay would charge you about $50-75 in fees for an auction over $1000, in addition to the fees paypal would take when I transferred payment. You would stand to lose at least $100 in fees.

I can't do COD shipping because I have no experience on it, and I don't feel comfortable doing it.

So, I believe that eBay is fair for the both of us because you are covered 100% if you pay using paypal and I get my money. As of the fees, I don't mind paying those fees because it will be more comfortable as you are more protected (rather than just dealing straight away with paypal) and I am assured that I get my money. I am a reliable seller on eBay because I have 72 feedbacks with 100% rating.

If you want, I can give you a call and tell you that I will be listing it in the next 2 minutes and you can just use the buy it now option. Once I receive the money, I will notify you. In the listing on eBay, I will include all the pictures and the descriptions exactly what I listed here. Also, I will make the listing private so that only you can buy the wheels. Besides, you can save 8% more if you use the bing cashback and use the buy it now option.

Let me know

Thank you so much

Look man, I really want your wheels and it's a fair deal, but since you're not willing to do a meeting halfway, and you're not willing to use COD, something seems wrong here. I am not willing to take this chance with a poster with no more credibility than you have here. I am afraid I will have to walk away from this deal, and you can wait for someone else willing to deal on your terms.

COD is a service guaranteed by the shipping company, who acts as a third party escrow between us. There is no way for either of us to lose, there is no risk. I get to see the item physically in front of me before paying, but they will not give it to me until they collect your money. The multi-million dollar company guarantees your payment will be returned to you. As you will be the shipper, and will be dealing directly with UPS, you can confirm everything I have told you with them.

The only reason for a seller to decline the use of COD is if there is something to hide.

There is still risk using ebay and paypal. All is really needed for a scam is a throwaway email account to use for both, long enough to get a payment in the paypal account and withdraw it. Those services do not guarantee a refund to me in the event of non receipt, they only offer to "try" to get the money back. I am not saying this is the case, but I have seen it happen before. In fact, you are more than willing to lose a lot of money to ebay and paypal fees, all "for my protection", so that throws up a red flag.

You are asking me to trust you by sending you money first, when you have given me no reason to trust you. You refuse to work with me on either of the deals I have offered. You "are not comfortable" with using guaranteed US Post Office money orders and UPS for COD service, even though the fees are far less than ebay/paypal fees that you seem so willing to accept.

I have no knowledge of the cashback program you are speaking of. I've heard others talk about it with regard to purchase of new electronics etc. but I dont think it applies to used auto parts. I'm not really interested in trying to figure it out or register for it.

Bottom line, I have money in hand, but I'm not blindly going to send it away to you via paypal. IF you're unwilling to do COD for some reason (there is no legitimate reason not to) then I will let someone else deal with you.

the cashback applies to all buy it now item on ebay. I used it dozen of time with all purchases whether it is used or brand new products, as long as if you use buy it now option. I am just trying to help you save $100 bucks more if you decided to buy on eBay. I am not trying to pressure you in buying my wheels.

I am not hiding anything, I am not in the need of money that I need to sell this wheels badly. but the thing of using COD is that I would lose on shipping charges if you suddenly backed out after I shipped my wheels. Yeah, I called UPS and asked them about that. In case that happens, I would lose $150-$200 That is the main thing I am afraid of. After three tries, they will ship the wheels back to me without refunding my money.

Also eBay GUARANTEE that your purchase is 100% covered if you pay using paypal. You can research it to find it out for yourself. Like I told you before, you can check my feedback and eBay history to tell that I am a legitimate seller. Is not that I don't want to work on both of your methods but, like I told you before, I don't have the vehicle to load my wheels to meet you halfway besides, I don't know if I am gonna have the time to do that maybe except for weekend and secondly COD is more of a disadvantage for me than to you.

I gave you reason to trust me such as using eBay to buy my item, I tried to get your phone number so that we can discuss this easier. but, you haven't given me any phone number. Is not that I am zero feedback from ebay, I have 100% feedback of 72 counts. You can check my history as a seller too if you want. Also, you can request anything you want as long as it is appropriate of how you want to know how credible I am

As for why I would want to spend more on fees, it is because I don't mind paying a little more of fees so that it will be easier and to save us time. Usually, members here just pay straight away to the seller paypal account. Now, I am willing to pay the eBay fees to make you feel safer. Those fees are meant to protect buyers. You gave me a red flag for trying to make this a pleasant transaction for you. And then you tell me that I don't want to work with you. How can I not try to work with you?

Again, I cannot explain this any better. If you buy on eBay from a reliable seller, chances are 1. your item will be delivered promptly 2. in case of anything happens, eBay will cover your purchase 100% 3. If I am to list it on eBay, I will copy and paste word by word, pictures by pictures of the description from this forum to eBay as a proof in case if you are afraid of being scam.

Again, I am not trying to con people here. The reason of me selling the wheels are, I have a new set of wheels on my car, and I thought I could make some money out of my old wheels rather than it sitting on my garage collecting dust.
I am not in desperate need of money in case of this deal fall through, I can wait for another buyer. If I wanna scam people, I will not be posting this wheels, I will be posting something that a lot of people are looking for.

Thank you so much for your time. I hope we can work this out so that both of us are happy.

So let me get this straight. You refuse to do COD because you think that I, a business owner, parts seller, and nationwide engine builder of 10 years in this community, would have you ship the wheels and then refuse to receive them costing you the shipping?

Look at my signature bro. Does it look like I would not have the money to pay for a 1400 dollar set of wheels? Use your brain man.

I have been buying and selling on the internet since 1999. I have thousands of references on rx7club and elsewhere. I am an ebay buyer and toprated/powerseller of 1440 positives 100%. I am a verified paypal member of over 1350 verified transactions since 2000. It's not my intentions or business ethics that are in question here.

If you decide to accept my COD terms then let me know when you are ready so I can go get the USPS money orders. Otherwise good luck with the sale, and buyer beware to other readers.

EDIT: Since your reason for refusing to do COD is because you are afraid of losing your $150 in shipping costs, I will offer to paypal that to you as a deposit up front. You will then ship the wheels UPS COD and I will prepare US post office money orders for the balance. This way you are not at risk for anything, and I am only taking a small risk with $150 in paypal. Now there should be no other excuses.

now, be polite and don't start an arguement here. I am using my brain and I am trying to make us both happy. If you notice, money order does not allow value for above $1000, cashier's check does. I am not questioning your ability to pay for $1400 wheels. But, I as a seller feel more secure to have transaction on eBay. moreover, it is always money first evereywhere before any seller ship out the item.

Thank you so much. I'll look into more details about this UPS COD and let you know tomorrow.

Thanks

Uhm...you can buy more than one USPS money order for values over $1000. You know that...right?

ok, I believe that your website is www.Rotaryresurrection.com right? and your ebay ID is rotary_resurrection right?

I believe that you are a credible buyer and let this be my first experience using COD.

Once you send the $150 paypal deposit, I will proceed to ship your item via UPS COD with amount of $1250 left. I will not accept anything other than money order or cashiers check. Thank you.

I pmed you with my information needed for the cashiers check

before you send any money, make sure that you are aware of all the defects.. such as the rubbing cuts on one of the rear tires and the chipping on both of the rear wheels near the bolts area as shown on the pictures for both defects. please review the pictures and my description so that there will be no confusion. Once you sent the money, please provide me with the shipping information. Thank you

I have seen the pics above and read the description and accept their condition.

Paypal deposit has been sent, my shipping address should be included in the payment and notes section. Can I expect them to ship tomorrow?

Thank you for working this out.
