paint alone is going to cost about $800... that's going to need a lot of Prep work... plus it's going to need repaired... I think it actually would be cheaper to buy one ready to go from Mazda... not to mention you wouldn't have to deal with paying to have it shipped (at least another $100) taking it to a few shops, getting quotes to find the best price, waiting for the shop to finish the work and hoping it turns out right... yeah... $480 + $100 + $800 (being optimistic) = $1380... and not worth the headache to save $150 Best Case Scenario... (I'd actually be surprised if it didn't actually end up costing more than the brand new bumper from Mazda)

if you happen to be a body guy and could repair, prep, and spray it yourself... then it's a great deal...

Umm Yeah that's called thread crapping and is not allowed if you don't want it don't buy it.

I just got a quote of 200 to repaint the front of my car included sanding down to the primer for full repaint so $800 get real guy. This is a quote from a chrysler/jeep dealership here in town. As for the repair get some bondo mix it, slap it, smooth it, and let them detail it to prefection

BTW it's only going to cost me $100 for the job friend of a friend type thing.

bump for a good deal

Not sure where you get your numbers.. but being a certified body tech myself... i can tell you your numbers a tad off... 800 for paint?? no... my body shop charges 380 to paint a bumper... thats paint AND labor included... plus, the crack look to be half repaired already with a 2 part epoxy on the back of the bumper... so just bevel the top of the crack and use a thin coat of plastic filler, sand, prime, paint and its as good as new... total to repair the bumper and paint it... about $800 RETAIL... if you know someone itll be cheaper... still worth it IMO

you know greyhound ships big stuff like this for $50 right? You'd probably have sold this thing for your full price if had just shipped it.

If you have access to a greyhound station, some cardboard boxes you can staple together, and some duct tape, I'll take it for 330+50 ( for the shipping )+20 for the trouble = $400

let me know ^^

upon googling " greyhound, Silver spring MD " there is 2 or 3 stations in your area, making it very easy
