Each pair of these end links are crafted by myself and a set has withstood much abuse on my RX-8 SE3P with great results! The idea is to have the strongest link possible for the lowest cost and I can deliver both.
If you're looking for a weather resistant and very strong solution to the stock end links then look no further.
$55 (pair) Payment is via Paypal, lebren@gmail.com

I have measured and attached pics of the comparison but keep in mind I had done some stress testing on the stock sway bar end link so it is bent. My end links are a gnat's *** over 3.25" center to center when fully tightened which I feel is perfect for my car (very close to 25" from bottom of tire to fender all around.)
I understand concerns that lowering the car should require shorter end links but I can swear that these being nearly one fourth of an inch shorter than stock they feel fantastic! I must mention the nuts used are a quarter inch each, the first set I made in the first pictures had thicker nuts making them greater in length. Thanks guys and gals!

ok,
i am really confused.
you are making adjustable endlinks that are not short enough for cars that are lowered?
if the car is at the stock height the stock endlinks are fine.. and if you bent them the bars were installed wrong..
so if you dont offer adjustable endlinks for the rear. i dont understand on why you are targeting the rx8 market?

Wow swoope please lets keep this thread nice ok?
For JDRX805, these turned out to be in my opinion ideal length, this is with an aggressive spring setup that drops the car to exactly 26" all around from ground to fender. My car is a different story, an example, Ive been told "That's the lowest RX8 I've ever seen" by someone that sees RX8's every day. With that in mind, I would be the first to admit something with such an aggressive stance MAY need more adjustability.
You must have some frustration, but also knowledge you're possibly willing to share? In your opinion, what is the MINIMUM length Center to Center from the endlinks that you'd like to see? Let me know and I'll make it happen.
Thanks,
LEBREN

as to what length i would recommend, well there is a great diagram floating around here right now.. it shows a drawing of how the sway ends should stay parallel to the ground when the car has been lowered..
it does not look like your photos..
btw, my fender height is at 25.5 all around. and my car is not that low..
have been offline for a couple of days. if i need to dig it up, let me know.

Thanks swoope,
I appreciate your input because it helps me make better products for everyone (at a great price too) It seems the most critical aspects of the sway bar end links are parallelism, they must both be equal unless weight balancing for a track ie that has many right hand turns and the need to enhance the response to that side is needed. This of course will sacrifice response to the other side. It's a give and take.
The same source mentions for a daily driver there is no need to adjust length if lowering less than 1.5 inches. This was of course form a Neon forum and the dynamics may be different with FWD.
I have concluded that I will modify per request, one of the end link Rod Ends up to 1/3 inch to allow more flexibility for track tuning. I was also considering effects of removing one of the nuts and adding Loctite to one Rod End will remove up to an additional 1/4 inch... shortening up to 35/64 (over 1/2 inch.) These modifications will make center to center closer to 2.75 inches, offering more flexibility to lowered vehicles that see track use.
Thanks,
LEBREN
