This is probably one of the best track setups I have seen posted on here.. Possibly ever.. lol.

 

could these tires be used for street use? I live in Seattle so it rains alot but i really want these wheels.

 

sure you can use it on the street. even in the rain. you can also drive your rx8 off a cliff.

do i recommend the last 2? or even the first? no.

the nt01 is a steet legal r-compound tire. you are not going to get very many miles out of them. it would be a waste. its a 100 rated tire. the toyo t1r, also a pretty soft tire, is 280.... all seasons are 500. its up to you though.

 

Cool thanks for the info. I might pick them up and sell the tires to a buddy that hits the track alot more than i do.

I DD on my NT-01s and its not really by choice. I'd rather get some Alzenis 615s (horrible tires) but they are cheap and do the trick if I decided to take a turn faster than normal. I've actually gotten a lot of millage out of them but more so in the colder weather, with the sun out now I expect the pavement to eat them up in no time...

And Seattle is a no-go. The wet traction on these tires are horrible.. You'd die.
