I forgot to post the price. Duh. I was thinking somewhere in the $350-400 range would be fair. I've got the fiberglas water shields which go under the vents too. I took them off because I didn't like how they looked under the hood.

The vent grills are unpainted silver aluminum, and overall this hood is practically perfect.
